THE INKWELL is a TV series dedicated to contemporary pop art and genre entertainment. The series looks at comic book creators and their creations. It tells the back-story of these modern mythical characters and looks at the way they have been adapted in various media. We visit animators, graffiti artists and designers.
THE INKWELL looks at the influence of pop art on movies, video games, music, advertising, toys, literature and even society.
This fast-paced show features a bold graphic style and plenty of animation. In each episode Jennifer Korbin, guides you on a tour of artist lofts, galleries, conventions and studios.We take a look at legendary comic creators of the past and check out the work of contemporary artists.
